Construction QB has developed a proactive, consultative approach to construction. Our counseling helps the homeowner understand the building process, be well organized and make timely, informed decisions. Designed to evaluate the project, educate, assist and research all ideas and concerns, our approach organizes and simplifies the building process.

Our mission is to help homeowners have a realistic, detailed budget in hand prior to moving forward with a significant financial commitment for any construction project. They should be prepared for each phase of the design and building process and be able to make finish schedule selections based on taste and budget well before final decisions are necessary. The traditional construction process is flawed, and far too often the decision making process is expedited in favor of the schedule and the budget is sacrificed.

Proactive planning is imperative. Educating the client on each phase of the process is critical to the emotional and financial success of the project. Researching areas of concern, material options, the right architects and contractors and constantly updating the budget and timetable reduces project risk, saving our clients time, money and stress.
